will very occasionally receive email, typically about bug fixes and important product updates

After you purchase TimesUpKidz, the payment processor - typically PayPal or Google
Checkout - will give us some personally-identifiable information about you, including,
but not limited to, your name, email address, and mailing address. We use this information
to (1) send you the product license you purchased, (2) add you to our email mailing
list, and (3) validate your identity in case you lose your product key and need to retrieve
it later. You may optionally provide additional personally identifiable information
with us through surveys, testimonials, bug reports, email, Google Checkout feedback,
and web forms. WE WILL NOT SHARE YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION WITH OTHER
COMPANIES OR THIRD-PARTIES. Rain City Digital may choose to remove all personally
identifiable information (such as name and email address) from our records while leaving anonymous
demographic data such as age, gender, city of residence, etc and then share this
data in raw or aggregate form with third-parties to faciliate advertising, co-marketing,
and other business operations.
If you provide a testimonial for TimesUpKidz, we may publish it on this web site
or in marketing materials but will keep your identity anonymous by attributing it
to your first name, last initial, and city/region where you live. At any time you
can request to have your testimonial removed.

and strong passwords. We also maintain strict limits on who can access the information

As Rain City Digital continues to develop its business, it might sell some or all
